HOW TO ENTER: Enter the online draw while active by entering your email on this entry form. Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Entry must be made by the entrant, any attempt by entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods will void entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the prize is subject to eligibility verification by e-mail.
WINNER SELECTION: The winner of the draw will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the active period. The random drawing will be conducted within 7 days after the draw concludes. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the entry within 7 days after the random drawing. The winner must respond within 24 hours with the requested information to claim the prize, any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture.
PRIVACY: The personal information supplied by you (e-mail address) will be used solely to contact you in the event you are the chosen winner. All collected e-mail information will be deleted from my records within 7 days after the draw concludes.
